Pandawa88 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Agreement for Malaysia

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Player" or "You" — refers to any individual who registers, logs in or uses the Pandawa88 platform in any capacity.

• "Funds" — refers to funds in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) held in a Player's pandawa88 account.

• "Terms" — refers to this Terms & Conditions document together with all additional policies, guidelines and rules issued by Pandawa88 from time to time.

Pandawa88 maintains strict eligibility requirements to ensure our platform is used responsibly. To be eligible to register and use the Pandawa88 platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• Be at least 21 years old at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not prohibited from gambling activities by any applicable law, regulation, or court order in your jurisdiction.
• Register under your own name only — registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Has never previously been banned or self-excluded from the Pandawa88 platform.
• Not an employee, agent, or affiliate of pandawa88 or any related company.

Registering with Pandawa88 requires accurate and complete information. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) account only. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

During the registration process, you are required to provide the following information accurately and truthfully:

• Full name as shown on your MyKad or Malaysian passport
• Accurate date of birth
• An active Malaysian phone number
• A valid and active email address
• Malaysian bank account or e-wallet number for withdrawal purposes

Pandawa88 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, and proof of address. Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within 7 business days may result in a temporary account suspension.

Pandawa88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only, via approved payment methods. All deposits are credited to your account instantly.

Pandawa88 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 and the maximum is RM50,000 per day for standard accounts. VIP Players may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits.

• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed directly for cash without first meeting the rollover requirements.

Rollover Calculation Example: If you receive a bonus of RM100 with a 5x rollover requirement, you must place total bets of RM500 (RM100 × 5) before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

• Any remaining funds in the account will be returned to the verified payment method after the required KYC process.

Closure by Pandawa88:
